A boxy bomber cut from the pattern of a Ming-style hanfu jacket, then taken apart and put back together with a modern sleeve and a heavy zip. Hand-dyed in natural indigo, so the colour has depth and a slight irregularity.
One size, cut to fit S–L with a generous shoulder. Every piece is slightly different. Deadstock cotton lining; two deep pockets.

Care
Hand wash cold, separately, for the first three washes. Indigo may crock onto light surfaces. Dry in shade. Iron inside out.

A bowl remembers the hand that threw it.
Made in a four-person studio in Hangzhou that sources vintage hanfu patterns and reworks them. The dyeing is done in small vats over three days; the jacket is dipped seven times and dried in the shade between dips.
