Shipping & returns
Everything ships from China with tracking. Made by hand means made with lead time — we ask for your patience.
Dispatch
In-stock objects are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and one-of-one pieces can take 1–3 weeks; the product page states the lead time.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our studio.
Rates
Flat-rate tracked shipping is $18. Orders over $180 ship free. Rates are shown in USD at checkout.
We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. If yours is missing, email us — we are expanding carefully.
Delivery times
Typical transit is 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Remote regions can take longer.
Delays caused by customs, weather or carrier backlogs are outside our control, but we will help you chase a parcel.
Duties & taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST and customs handling fees are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient where applicable. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts or undervalue them.
Returns
Unused, undamaged objects can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
One-of-one, made-to-order and intimate items are final sale. If something arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours and we will make it right.
