Orders & pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions, and will refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. The price at checkout applies to that order. Handmade objects may vary slightly from photographs; dimensions are approximate.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card numbers. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee, which we do not control.

Shipping, duties & risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes are your responsibility. We declare values accurately.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we will contact you; re-shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns

Our returns policy is part of these terms: unused objects within 14 days, exclusions apply, contact us first. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

Product photography, text, marks and the KAIWU identity belong to us or our licensors. Do not scrape, resell or reproduce the site without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access admin areas, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.
